Any2Table / SERVICE INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Any2Table handles your account information, uploaded images and conversion records, and how you can manage your information.
Last updated: November 1, 2026
01Information we collect and why
We process your email address, account details and sign-in information to provide the service, send account emails, protect your account and respond to support requests. If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information you authorize. We do not store plain-text passwords. We keep conversion records, file identifiers and necessary access and security records, including IP addresses and browser information, to track usage and prevent misuse. Where applicable, this processing is based on providing the agreed service and our legitimate interest in keeping it secure.
02Uploaded images and results
We send uploaded images to a third-party AI service to extract tables. Any2Table does not persistently store uploaded images or extracted table contents on its servers, and does not use your images to train models. The recognition provider retains data generated by service calls under its service agreement. Before uploading, make sure you have permission to submit the content and remove personal information that does not need to be recognized.
03Browser drafts and cookies
Images, results and edits are saved in your current browser and can be restored within 24 hours of the last save. Expired drafts are removed on your next workspace visit. Use Clear or clear this site’s browser storage to delete drafts. Drafts do not sync across devices; clear them after using a shared device. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and temporarily remember your verification email in the browser so you can continue within 30 minutes.
04Service providers
We use third-party services to support website operations, account sign-in, email delivery and image recognition. These providers process the information needed to provide their services.
05How long we keep information
We keep account and conversion records while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and related personal information at support@any2table.com. If applicable law, a security investigation or an unresolved dispute requires us to keep some records, we will explain why. Provider backups and logs follow their retention rules.
06Your choices and contacting us
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to exercise other rights under applicable law, including objection to or restriction of processing. We may need to verify your identity to protect your account. Revoking Google sign-in does not automatically delete your Any2Table account. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. For privacy questions, email support@any2table.com. This policy covers the Any2Table website and conversion service. We will communicate material changes through the website or an account notice.
