Terms of Service

Any2Table turns clear JPG and PNG images of printed tables into editable tables and Excel files. These terms apply to the current free trial.

01Using the service and protecting your account

By creating an account or using the conversion service, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter into this agreement under the laws that apply to you. Keep your sign-in information secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

02Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights to uploaded content and authorize us and the providers described in the Privacy Policy to process it as needed for conversion. Only upload content you are entitled to submit. Do not upload unlawful material, access another person’s account, bypass usage limits or interfere with the service.

03Recognition results and drafts

AI recognition can misread or omit information. Check results against the original before using or sharing them. Any2Table does not guarantee fully accurate recognition or provide accounting, legal or other professional advice. Keep your originals and download the results you need. Browser drafts are temporary: clearing browser storage, changing devices or returning after the restoration period may make them unavailable.

04Free conversions

Each verified account receives a one-time grant of five conversions. Each successfully recognized image uses one credit. Failed recognition returns the credit, and the same request is not charged twice. Editing, merging, exporting and using samples do not consume credits. If recognition succeeds but a network interruption prevents delivery, it still uses a credit and the result cannot be recovered from the server. Uploading again counts as a new conversion.

05Service availability

The service is currently a free trial, with limited access and usage allowances. Paid plans and subscriptions are not offered, and there are no automatic charges. The service may be interrupted or changed. We may restrict accounts that abuse the service, subject to applicable law. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
